we take our web rights for granted. we can surf the net and view, buy and write pretty much what we like. that’s not the same for everyone, and this firefox plugin (http://chinachannel.hk/) shows you how viewing the net in china would be.
pretty depressing, and it brings up a number of free speech kinda questions. how much of your data do you want kept in order to protect you? the child protection issue is always contentious, but i’m in favour with as little net legislation as possible
