𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗯𝘂𝗯𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴

Sometimes when you work with and hang out with AI nerds you think everyone has drunk the same kool aid. The AI utility to me is obvious and I assume that it’s equally obvious to everyone else.

I had two wake-up calls in the last week:
– I was chatting to a client. Smart and technically proficient, but he’d never heard of Perplexity 🤯 . For the last year or so it has supplanted Googling for me. No need to wade through over optimised SEO dross, you can get to good insights and articles quickly with Perplexity.
– my daughter messaged me and told me how she was using Notebook LLM for studying; “AI generating podcasts of my bio notes!!” (I love the podcast feature, it’s a bit of a gimmick, but very cool)

As William Gibson said; “the future’s already here, but its unevenly distributed”
