For all of us that are stumbling through using AI tools it’s fascinating to see how other people use it. I’ve really been enjoying Dan Shipper‘s podcasts about how people use Chat GPT (link in the comments), as it gives me insights into other people’s processes.
Some people are great at prompts, others are better at interrogation and iteration and I’ve found some interesting new applications about how to change my processes.
In the lights of trying to be further meta in this I have been using ChatGPT to try and understand these podcasts a bit more.
I copied the transcripts, uploaded them to ChatGPT and have been playing with them to get:
– summaries of each podcast (ways of using ChatGPT, prompting techniques and actual prompts)
– the ๐คฒ “10 Commandments of prompting” ๐ – see tomorrow’s post
– digging in to the individual commandments with examples and actionable ideas to help understand more.
Using chatGPT as a parallel method of interacting with the content is not unique, but it is an effective way of getting more out of it.
I’m going to carry on adding the transcripts and build a GPT to see how these smarter people can help me get to the next level.
