Socrates and I agree that โ€œThe unexamined life is not worth living.โ€ I scribble in a journal every morning and I have gone through a rigorous annual life review at the end of each year for the last few years (link to the format in the comments, it’s exhaustive, but I find it helpful)

I’ve got the last few years versions of this review in Google Docs, so I thought it would be interesting to allow ChatGPT to probe my psyche (BigTech is never going to do something dodgy with my private information, right?)

Inspired by Johann Van Tonder (and a useful prompt of his), I uploaded my DISC profile, my Clifton Strengths and 4 years of Life Audits.
I built a GPT (called “My psychologist”) that should know me well enough through my desires, objectives and skills to aid me in my decision making process.
So far it has been average ๐Ÿ˜‹
I need to do more fine tuning around the advice, understanding the balance of how to look at my skills and my plans and provide the best advice.
Like New Year’s Resolutions, something to optimise!
