I love the framework of jobs-to-be-done (essentially that you employ a product for a specific “job”). The example outlined in this podcast is that you’re employing a Snickers as a quick way to keep you from being hangry. Another chocolate isn’t really a substitute, A Snickers is a quick way of getting some food.
 
Lenny asks some great questions and Bob Moesta gives a quick outline to how to use it (and outlines how being unable to read and write was really useful to him). Recommended!
